If you’re a bit low on energy, here’s my go-to tool for a quick burst of energy. 💪🏼
It’s called the Thymus Tap, and it only takes a few seconds. ⌛
Find the little notch between your collarbones.
Slide down until you reach the first rib just under your collarbone.
If you know your biology, your thymus sits behind your sternum ... if you're unsure, just aim for the central upper chest.
Now tap that area using your fingertips or a loose fist, with medium pressure, for about 10 to 30 seconds.

Giving yourself a hit of instant energy
Stimulating your immune system
Blasting out mental fog

Just don't do it too late in the day as it can mess with your sleep.
